The LED indicator on the charger communicates the battery charge status. When the battery is plugged into the charger and connected to the power supply, both the green and red lights will be on. Once the red light turns off and the green light remains, the battery is fully charged.

The battery can be fully charged in 3-5 hours. Note that the battery is not included. Each Avid Power charger is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory.

To extend the battery life, fully charge it after each use and ensure it is charged every three months.
